These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how you may use Dr. Ramani AI and what you can expect from us. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Dr. Ramani AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Dr. Ramani AI is operated by Luna Education, Training & Consulting LLC, a company incorporated in a Dubai Freezone, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").

• The Dr. Ramani AI website
• Any app or chat interface
• Any subscription service
• Any related features or functionality

2. What Dr. Ramani AI Is (And Is Not)

Dr. Ramani AI is an artificial intelligence powered personal development companion. It is designed to provide:

• General mindset support
• Educational information
• Coaching style prompts
• Reflective tools for personal growth

Dr. Ramani AI is not:

• A medical service
• A mental health service
• Therapy or counselling
• A crisis intervention service
• Legal or financial advice
• A regulated professional service

Using the Service does not create any therapist client, coach client, fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and us.

No human professional monitors conversations in real time.

Dr. Ramani AI is a technology product. Nothing in the Service creates a personal relationship between you and Dr. Ramani Durvasula or any individual associated with the business.

4. Eligibility

By using Dr. Ramani AI, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

5. AI Generated Responses

Responses generated by Dr. Ramani AI ("Outputs") are produced automatically using artificial intelligence systems.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate
• Outputs are not reviewed by a human before being delivered
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to rely on any Output
• You must not rely on Outputs for medical, mental health, legal, financial, employment, or other regulated decisions

We do not guarantee specific results, transformation, income, healing, or personal outcomes.

Dissatisfaction with the Service or failure to achieve desired outcomes does not give rise to any right to compensation, refund, or legal claim, except where required by mandatory law.

Your decisions, actions, and progress remain entirely your responsibility.

Your use of the Service is voluntary. You are solely responsible for any personal, emotional, relational, professional, or financial consequences arising from your use of Dr. Ramani AI.

6. Accounts and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring unauthorised persons do not access your account

You may not share your account unless your subscription plan expressly permits it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse or breach of these Terms.

7. SMS and Messaging Communications

If you provide a telephone number when creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you agree that we may contact you using that number.

This may include communications sent via:

• WhatsApp
• Other messaging services associated with your number

Messages may include:

• Account notifications
• Service updates
• Important product information
• Support communications
• Promotional or marketing messages relating to Dr. Ramani AI and related services

Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier or messaging charges may apply depending on your mobile provider.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the message or by contacting support.

Operational or service related communications may still be sent where reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

8. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of Dr. Ramani AI require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees at the price displayed at checkout. In return, we provide access to the features included in your selected subscription plan.

Pricing, billing frequency, and included features are displayed at checkout and form part of these Terms.

By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

If payment fails or is declined, we may suspend access until payment is successfully processed.

All fees are non refundable except where required by mandatory applicable law.

If you experience a billing issue, you agree to contact us in good faith so we can attempt to resolve it before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

9. Auto Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support at assistant@doctor-ramani.com

If you cancel:

• You retain access until the end of your current paid billing period
• No partial or prorated refunds are provided

Mandatory statutory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service to develop or train competing AI systems
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
• Misrepresent your identity

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this section.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, content, design, and underlying systems, are owned by us or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non transferable, non sublicensable licence to use the Service for your personal use during your active subscription.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

12. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Inputs").

You grant us a non exclusive, worldwide licence to process and use Inputs solely to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Maintain safety and performance
• Improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Dr. Ramani AI is delivered using technology and infrastructure provided by Delphi AI, Inc. ("Delphi"). Your use of the Service may be subject to the Delphi Terms of Use where they apply to the platform. Voice features may involve collection and processing of audio by the platform in accordance with the Delphi Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or obligations under applicable data protection or consumer protection law.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or economic loss, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity.

We are not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on AI Outputs.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your reliance on Outputs in professional, regulated, or high risk contexts

To the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, regulatory changes, technical failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, third party service failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

19. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers in their country of residence where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
